My Educational Technology Journey

Welcome to my blog!  I look forward to continuing my educational journey at Boise State University, pursuing a Master of Educational Technology with a Graduate Certificate as a Technology Integration Specialist.   I am currently teaching fifth grade with a concentration in Math in New Jersey and I served on our district’s technology committee. Our group concentrated on our school technology plan, faculty training needs, district-wide assessment and district networking. This position sparked the need in me to gain greater understanding of the world of technology.  This broader knowledge will benefit not only my students, but the school district as well.

I invite you to join with me on this new educational path as I become skilled in methods implementing technology into the K-12 curriculum.    I welcome your comments, suggestions and support on this blog.  It is exhilarating to envision what future possibilities are in store for our students, teachers and administrators.  The potentials are endless and with the education I will gain at Boise State University, and your help on this blog, I expect to play an intricate role in this process.
